Dr. Ramón González Mendoza: Professor of Ayurvedic Sciences

Dr. Ramón González Mendoza is a teacher of Ayurvedic Sciences, Yoga Samkhya, Vaastu Shastra and is coordinator of the Gurukula School of Tropical Ayurveda in Venezuela. , Europe and India. He is a disciple of Dr. Keshava Bhat. He is an international speaker and representative of Venezuela’s alternative development, tropical medicine, and deep social ecology movements. He has held various responsibilities in the field of public health institutions, the Public Policy Planning System, Astronomy Research Center, and also acted as advisor to University Education and institutions of Science and Technology.

Dr. Ramon is former President of the National Council of Children’s Rights in Venezuela (2003) and an is an international activist and educator of Human Rights, always weaving the Gandhian philosophy and Culture of Peace and non-violence into his work. He is a long time professor at the University of the Andes, in Merida, Venezuela, teaching the faculty of Architecture and Environment, Merida, Venezuela.
